Who We Are

The Kelly Community Organization Inc. is a non-profit organization that created a registered Neighborhood Watch group with USAonWatch.org Neighborhood Watch Program, National Sheriff’s Association; A Community Emergency Response Team (CERT III) in the North Christian county area; Host the annual Spring Clean-Up Day in conjunction with the Hopkinsville- Christian County “Keep It Clean, Keep It Green” campaign; The annual Kelly “Little Green Men” Days festival; Along with future goals of establishing a community center and community park. The Kelly Community Organization, Inc. shares the vision and goals of Christian County Cares 2015, Community Vision Plan.

The mission of the Kelly Community Organization, Inc. is to preserve the character of our neighborhood by creating a safe and prepared community through participation, preparation and education; to create a social environment that encourages neighbors to interact, be friendly, courteous, and helpful citizens.

Kelly Community Organization Meeting

We encoutage you to attend the Kelly Community Meetings.
The Community Meetings are held at the Kelly Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on HWY 41 (Madisonville Road). Everyone that lives in North Christian county is especially encouraged to attend.

Citizen Corps asks you to embrace the personal responsibility to be prepared;
to get training in first aid and emergency skills, and to volunteer to support local
emergency responders, disaster relief, and community safety.
